We continue to send all domestic and international orders. Our business uses Australia Post to send both domestic and international orders. Due to the current situation, Australia Post is experiencing delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. However, all parcels, both domestic and international are being delivered safely.
What does this mean for you? Most domestic orders are being delivered within their regular time-frames. There may be minimal delays. International orders are experiencing more significant delays with most parcels arriving between 1-2 weeks late.
*please note that domestic Express Post is still available, but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders are processed as soon as possible. Typically, processing will only take 1-2 days before your order is dispatched, but may take up to as long as 5 working days when we are experiencing high demand.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post to ship all domestic and international orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of each parcel. There are several options provided at Checkout. Please choose carefully as we are unable to change your choice of shipping once it is chosen. If you have specific shipping requirements, please enter these in the notes section at Checkout.

Express Shipping Delivery Times:
If you need your order quickly, express shipping is the right option for you. Express shipping offers a next day delivery service.
Express post covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.
The service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by Australia Post's Next Day Guarantee.
All International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at Checkout. You are able to choose between several options. Please choose carefully as we are unable to change your choice of shipping once it is chosen.
Please note that the STANDARD AIRMAIL option does not offer any tracking of your goods. By agreeing to choose Standard Airmail, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your package.
Both PACK & TRACK and EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping options offer tracking information.
