If you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and we will provide you with a refund or exchange for full priced items only where:
- you have notified us within 7 days of receiving your order
- the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging
- the goods have not been used or damaged
- the goods are returned within 14 days, commencing on the first day after the day they have been received by the purchaser.

To complete your return/exchange, we require your email receipt or proof of purchase. You may email this to us at email@example.com.
Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
- are faulty (unless caused by you)
- are different to the goods that you ordered
- have been wrongly described
2.0 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
3.0 SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
4.0 EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Exchange of goods are at Lovestar's discretion and will only be considered if the aforementioned conditions in 1.0 are satisfied. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your exchange and we will send you further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. You will also be responsible for paying for shipping costs to have the exchanged item/s shipped back to you. We will send you a money request for shipping via Paypal that will need to be paid in order to have your exchanged item returned to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
